虐待动物的新闻时有所闻，透过媒体的批露，虽然会被提出讨论，但事过境迁之后，问题往往未被真正的解决。
为了呼籲大众对动物付出更多的关爱，「克罗埃西亚动物之友协会」，在去年推动了一个名为”我爱动物”的专案计划，号召对动物友好的影歌界名人，成立一个援助动物的乐团，希望藉由音乐的传播教育民众爱护动物，让动物拥有一个自由的生存空间。
在「克罗埃西亚动物之友协会」的号召下有去年共有16位艺人参与这项有意义的活动，免费为这首名为「不要找藉口了(No
Excuse)」的歌曲献声，希望用歌声唤起大众对虐待动物的重视。
动物无法发声，但我们可以透过爱来感受牠们的痛与需要，有才华有才艺的歌者更可以透过他们的美声来唤起大家对动物的关怀与爱。「克罗埃西亚动物之友协会」这项有意义的活动只是个起步，期待除了克罗埃西亚之外，各个国家的知名艺人除了为商品代言之余，也能为可怜的动物发声，为牠们创造更美好的未来。
